PHQ founder, Jennifer Fink, has delivered a number of dynamic trainings for the University of Georgetown’s Medical School psychiatry program about identifying signs and treating patients with anxiety and depression.
Acknowledging the exponential increase in mental health prevalence due to COVID-19, PHQ now aims to grow this initiative across medical and nursing schools around the country.

Finding Resources
Find the affordable, licensed mental health resources you feel you need
Are you struggling emotionally and not improving?
It may be time to consult a qualified licensed mental health professional and/or utilize additional mental health resources.
Depression and anxiety can often prevent someone from asking for help or taking the steps needed to get the help they need. We understand that, so PHQ aims to make it a little easier for you.
We know that when experiencing emotional distress, simply getting through the day can be draining enough - so finding the necessary professional help can seem like a daunting task. Especially with limited energy. PHQ is here to make that easier for you.

Here For You
You Are Not Alone.
PHQ aims to support young adults (in their 20s and 30s) by simplifying the process for people to seek the mental health resources they feel they need. Throughout the PHQ site, there is information that helped us through some of the most painful seasons in life; and also have assisted us in supporting others as they have gone - or are still going through - challenging times.

Resources ranging from mental health self-assessments to suicide prevention or meditation app information - PHQ works to reduce the effort required to seek the help you deserve. We hope some of these words, tools, or connections can serve as helpful resources to you and your loved ones. Should you need additional support finding resources, get in touch with us. We are here for you.
